SHCA Summer Class Update

Due to low registrations in two of our class options, we are going to have to cancel the seven week yoga session and the Wednesday/Friday morning boot camp class options. We have added a NEW class option for you to consider:

Wednesday evening Outdoor Summer Boot Camp

6:30-7:30 pm
