LiveWell with Chronic Conditions and LiveWell with Chronic Pain

The Saskatoon Health Region is offering a free program for anyone living with a chronic health condition entitled LiveWell with Chronic Conditions and LiveWell with Chronic Pain. The workshops are offered on an ongoing basis at various locations throughout Saskatoon, as well as all other health regions in Saskatchewan.

We are also offering training for volunteers who have or take care of someone with a chronic condition themselves, and would be interested in co-facilitating these workshops.
